Constant cravings for salty foods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strong salt cravings can have different causes, including dehydration or certain hormonal and medical conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Fatigue and low sex drive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Persistent fatigue combined with reduced libido can sometimes be associated with thyroid problems, hormonal changes, stress, or other conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
