Police Officer Rescues Woman Who Secretly Mouthed “HELP ME” During Traffic Stop

A routine traffic stop suddenly turned into a terrifying rescue.

Officer Kayla Wallace pulled over a white Jeep after seeing it run a red light. Inside were a woman driving and a male passenger.
