Clint Eastwood, 96, Has Officially Retired From Hollywood

After more than seven decades in the spotlight, Clint Eastwood has officially stepped away from acting and directing.
The Hollywood legend first became famous in the 1960s with Rawhide before becoming an international star through films like A Fistful of Dollars, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, and Dirty Harry.
Over the years, Eastwood built an extraordinary career both in front of and behind the camera. He directed and starred in acclaimed films including Unforgiven, Million Dollar Baby, Gran Torino, American Sniper, and The Mule.
His final acting role came in Cry Macho in 2021, while his final film as a director was Juror No. 2 in 2024.
His son Kyle Eastwood has also confirmed that his father is now retired.
At 96, Clint Eastwood leaves behind one of Hollywood’s most remarkable legacies — more than 70 films, four Oscars, and generations of unforgettable movie moments.
After so many years of making history, the question now is: what will you remember most about Clint Eastwood?
