The mansion was listed for $15.75 million in March, but Diaz and Madden managed to secure a 20% discount. The luxurious home features an open floor plan and a spacious kitchen.
The home also features a waterfall, a marble island, an office area, and a dining area, with French doors opening to the outdoors. Double gates and hedges lining the property provide the couple with added privacy.
