Mike McFarland, known for voicing Buggy the Clown in One Piece, Master Roshi in Dragon Ball Z, and Jean Kirstein in Attack on Titan, has died at 56.
McFarland passed away on September 9 after battling glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. His career spanned more than three decades, with countless memorable characters and major contributions to English-language anime.
For generations of fans, his voice was part of some of their favorite moments.
His characters may be fictional, but the voice behind them left a lasting legacy.
